FAQ


General:

SIX NEXT is a community platform for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. It provides news about the game, the esport scene and the community around it. With a SIX NEXT-account you can also create community adverts e.g. if you want to find a team. On our statistics panel you can also find various statistics about the game.

No, SIX NEXT is a product of Six Next Media (Nico Kraft) and is not affiliated with Ubisoft Entertainment SA or its partners.

Profile:

You can change your username in your profile settings.
  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Go to profile
  3. Enter a new username. Note: Your username needs to be unique and must at least contain 6 characters
  4. Click on "Save Settings"

If you can't change your profile picture, this can have various reasons:
  • Your picture is not saved in a PNG-format - please convert your image to a PNG-format
  • Your picture is bigger than 2 MB
  • The aspect ratio of your image is not 1:1 - please crop your image to an equal width and height

If you have a player profile, you can connect a team account with your account:
  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Go to profile
  3. Enter the username of the team you want to connect with your profile
  4. Click on the green arrow next to the text field
  5. Click on "Save Settings"

Security:

Make sure that your email and password are correct. If you forgot your password, you can reset it here. If you still can't log in, you can create a support ticket here.

You can change your email-address in your security settings.
  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Go to security
  3. Enter a new email-address
  4. Click on "Save Settings"
Note: If you change your email-address, you need to verify your email-address again, so make sure that you have access to your new email-address.

You can reset your password here.

Privacy:

You can hide your profile in your profile settings.
  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Go to profile
  3. Click on the "Hide my Profile" checkbox
  4. Click on "Save Settings"
Notes: Other players can still find your account, but can not see any details of your account.

You can issue the removal of your account in your security settings:
  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Go to security
  3. Click on "Delete account"
  4. Confirm removal
Note: To ensure that you issued the removal of your account and not someone else, the removal process lasts 14 days. During this time you can still abort the removal process. If you want to do so, please contact our support.
