Hungry and Jonka join G2, replace Kanto and UUNO - 10th of June

After a disappointing showing in both EUL 2021 Stage 1 as well as at the Six Invitational 2021, G2 Esports decided to bench Juhani "Kantoraketti" Toivonen as well as Aleksi "UUNO" Työppönen. They get replaced by German players Lucas "Hungry" Reich and Jonas "Jonka" Kaczmarzyk.
Hungry has been a part of the Siege Esport scene since Year 2, playing for various organisations such as 1UP Esports, Mock-It Esports, Penta Sports and Team Vitality. Although he hasn't been able to claim big titles so far, he brings a lot of experience to the team and definitely has the potential to be one of the top players in Europe. Jonka on the other hand has been fairly new to the competitive scene, playing mostly for T2 teams such as CR4ZY and MnM Gaming in Challenger League and UKIN. Although he failed to qualify for EUL with MnM Gaming, he still showed a lot of potential, which could elevate G2 and help them out of their current slump.

Voy joins TrainHard, replaces Spark - 8th of June

After a disappointing first stage, TrainHard eSport decided to bench Martin "Spark" Eberhard, who previously played for Team Vitality, to bring on Valentin "Voy" Cheron. Voy is no stranger to Chaoxys and Dirza, as all three of them have played for Tempra Esports in the last season before Tempra decided to release the entire team. Although the team failed to win any titles last season, Voy has been the most consistent player for the team, achieving a 79% consistency and 54 rating.

Keenan and Pacbull join Team Secret, replace Prano and Drvn - 2nd of June

Team Secret announced the replacements for Prano and Drvn and they are surprising: Peter "pacbull" Bull rejoins the team together with Keenan "Keenan" Dunne. It has been only nine months since pacbull joined Team Secret for the first time, playing for them in the second stage of EUL 2020 before getting dropped after a single stage. It looks like the team has done a mistake here, as he now returns to Team Secret for the second stage of EUL 2021.
Keenan has not played on the highest level of Siege Esports yet, as he mostly played in regional tournaments such as PG Nationals and ESL Premiership under organisations such as T3H Esports, Fierce Esports, Samsung Morning Stars or MACKO Esports. It will be interesting to see if Keenan and pacbull can help Team Secret out of their misery, as they finished the first stage in last place with only 6 points.
